Ordering Info
Ordering from The Clay Forge is easy. Simply use our built in shopping cart, and select the items you want by clicking the "Buy It Now" buttons as you shop our site. You can change the quantities, or remove items from the shopping cart, before you check out. When you are finished shopping, review the items in you shopping cart, fill out the shipping information, and payment type. Once you submit your order, you will shortly receive an order confirmation from us. Your order will be shipped within approxiamately 1 week of our receipt of payment.

Shipping
We ship all orders First Class using the US Postal Service, and currently ONLY ship to US addresses. Our current shipping cost are $4.00 for the first item, plus $0.10 for each additional item, up to a maximum shipping total of $6.00. If you would prefer your order to be shipped by Priority mail, or would like insurance or delivery confirmation, please EMAIL US for additional shipping charges.

Sales Tax
We must charge 6% state sales tax on all orders that are shipped to New Jersey addresses. Sorry, but Uncle Sam wants his cut!

Payments
Currently, we accept payment by money order, check, or through Paypal (our username is "orders@theclayforge.com"). We hold ALL checks until they clear our bank before we ship the order. This usually takes 7 business days.

Returns
We want you to be happy with our products. If you are not satisfied with an item, EMAIL US within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will gladly exchange the item for something else, or refund your money, less shipping charges. Please DO NOT send an item back without emailing us first, or we will NOT be responsible for a refund.
